Her expertise in governance and compliance is particularly valued on complex, multi-site engagements where clients must navigate layered legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously. Chanelle brings a rigorous data-driven discipline to every engagement. Using safety analytics software and historical incident data, she identifies patterns that surface long before they become incidents, enabling clients to make informed decisions and allocate resources where the risk is greatest. When incidents do occur, her Root Cause Analysis methodology goes beyond the immediate event to unearth the systemic conditions that allowed it to happen, so those conditions can be corrected permanently rather than temporarily managed.
